lc4 640 front fender help
Evening folks, trying to update my 04 enduro with a new set of clothes for the summer, the originals are the black/silver combo which i've changed to orange, my problem is that the fender listed in the parts book(503.08.010.300/04) dos'nt have the posts on it that secure to the under side of the headlight mask, this would'nt be a problem normaly but i've got a windsheild made for it(similar to clints
Looked through a load of the lc4 thread index but can't find anything similar. |

When I broke the posts off on my KTM 520, I just used some self tapping screws with vacuum hose over them.
The screws just threaded into the fender and have been there for years! My 640 has a black fender, but maybe I could get the part number for you. That fender has the posts............I would bet you could get an orange one?? Shoot me a pm if I forget to get the part number. Cheers

Do you know if they fit gunner(holes match to mount it).
P.s. Gunner thanks mate your knowledge on everything lc4 has saved me not just a shed load of cash but lots of hours sitting in a cold garage in the depths of a Scottish winter.

A KTM fender will usually fit between all models in their lineup as they use the same spec hole patterns on the triples... If the back of the fender touches the rad crossover hose you can put a couple of washer shims on the back bolts between the fender and triples to shim it forward...
