if you wait about 3 weeks I will have full solution with "my" lights - so no need to buy KTM bastler lights for 300E + mine shield for additional 129E&shippment. My full solution will be less than 299EUR complete with halogen lights.

So pls. give me few more weeks - I need to do some testing so that the lights are shining where is should be shining - not that simple as I thought :-)

oh Rade! the result is really impressive!! congrats for your efforts...

I've just received it this morning. Friday to tuesday using regular postal shipment, from Prague to Barcelona.

Smooth, fast and effective communication. Who the man? you the man buddy! Yes it is!

A few pictures of it. Only 506g or 17.9oz including the plexi cover and bolts.

I saw your project - you would need the shield w/o the wholes for lights and fit is your self. I one w/o sockets and you can modify your self - I see you are clever enough :-)

Just a form, but at least you can have an idea how the lights will fit in there (halogen or HID from Trailtech). The lights will be mounted directly in the screen so no extra bracket or tower needed... I wish I have more time to finish it in a week or two... than the complete solution will be ready.

Is this going to be available in a paintable form (fiberglass) rather than CF? I'm not a fan of the CF look.

So below is 4" highbeam and 2" lowbeam using Trailtech lights? I'm more used to it being the reverse, 2" high, 4" low. Isn't that how Trailtech's headlight masks are configured?

Also, do you have access to the Touratech screen. If so, be curious to see side/by/side pic of your screen and the Touratech. I'm curious how much taller yours is/etc.
