Strange and Funny Equipment for Motorcycles

http://dx.com/

This site came up in another thread about making tea. I happened to search it for "motorcycle", and the things that pop up are just hysterical. Some really are cool but some...wow.

Like a wheel spoke lock. Yep, lock your motorcycle in place with just one spoke. That or lock the spoke to the wheel. I'm honestly not sure which.

Or the "sound like an airplane" brake light horn. OK. Not sure what that really sounds like, or why I'd want it, but interesting.

Rear view mirrors with built in speakers, and maybe an FM radio/MP3 player.

The mind just boggles. 45 pages of "motorcycle" hits, and that's just in the first four.

I put in a dx order probably once a month. Some of their prices are unbeatable for the same crap you'd buy elsewhere like cell phone chargers and connectors. Led blinkers and basic mirrors are cheap functional replacements for easily broken parts That said, I don't know how much I'd trust the knock off pressure suits.

I think my favorite item was the "professional skid-proof motorcycle racing gloves".

There's always a sucker willing to plop down his hard-earned cash for a useless product. Even here on this site, one of these products popped up and a bunch of inmates said they bought them, and some even said they worked!

Maybe they should shop at DX, they have more "economizers" and then install them all for even better results.

But yes I did look at a lot of categories, will be placing an order. But nothing that runs on batteries, electricity, butane or gasoline.

Saw some electronics on there,GPS vehicle locator and personal locator, came with instructions strictly in Chinese...
