Northward routes from La Paz, Baja offroad?

How the hell do I pull it off? I have no idea where to start.

Thanks in advance.

Having a few decent maps is a good start.

You can run the Cortez coast up to San Evaristo and then cut inland.
Not virgin roads by any thinking, but some are remote.

I miss La Paz...
Would be a great place to live, imo.

Half or 2/3rds of the way to San Evaristo (a viable village), is an old mining town.
Nobody is there now, except for one gate guard on the north end.
The homes are all there....but there are no people.
You can ride around there and see it, entering from the south. It's right by the sea, just above.
And you might think about it.
When you get to the north end, you'll probably surprize the lonely guard.
Try to converse with him and throw him a refresca...or something.
He has no where to go.
But you do....
