bewbs!

Also, generation kill was a good bit of fun (the character interactions) as long as you're ok with realistic depictions of death and dismemberment.

I'm loving Deadwood at the moment - I watch it while I work out, and it's a good motivator to go work out every day so I can watch the next episode. Unfortunately, it's only 36 episodes and I'm on #14 now, so only another few weeks until it's over.

I loved Game of Thrones and am looking forward to the new season starting. I have a habit of catching on to shows after they've been out for a few seasons, binge-watching, and then going through withdrawal waiting for the newest season to start.

They also have Dune by David Lynch (there are other versions too), one of my favorite films, but I don't know if is the long version or the extra long version..

Boardwalk Empire is still ongoing and is VERY good. As mentioned, Deadwood is now over, and while an AWESOME show, HBO ended it before the writers had a chance to give it a good ending, so it kind of dangles a bit. But still WELL worth watching if you try the first episode and like it.

It's worth noting for anyone who cares that as of TODAY (apparently, I haven't tried it), HBO GO will now allow streaming from your iPhone or iPad via Airplay to your Apple TV. You could NOT do this before, and that was very annoying. So now you can watch this stuff on a "real" TV if you have a $99 ATV connected to it.

Which you can likely already do via HBO On Demand if you're an HBO subscriber, but this is still cool for places where you have Wifi but no cable or satellite box (or old enough equipment that you can't yet to On Demand).

+1

Oz sucked me into HBO shows. Sopranos was/is fantastic.

1st season of Treme was good haven't watched the 2nd or 3rd. Show is kinda depressing since I lived in New Orleans during Katrina and up 'til 2010, so it's kinda like reliving the most depressing time in the history of the city.

True Blood, kinda cheesy but entertaining and has lots of T&A.

Newsroom is one of the better new ones. Haven't gotten into many of the other new ones.

HBO GO and Max GO now both support Airplay for those of you with iDevices using iOS 6.1 and an Apple TV running software v. 5.1.1.

I watched 2 episodes of "Strikeback" this way last night.
