Simply installed extra cooling vents. Richen up the jetting a bit to balance it out and keep rollin. No need to overthink this one guys.

Lot of people doing this for the 540/570 rfs builds. Some complained afterward of the water jacket collapsing. I guess if that happened at a high rpm the stuck piston could cause the big end to let go "ventilate" the case and cylinder.

Looks like the head may have survived.

The weird thing is, whatever happened looks like it was done when there was no front motor mount bolt in place...?
