Xchallenge exhaust lug bent
Ok just changed rxhaust gasket as was wrecked
Saw thay wheb put all together the end can doesnt line up great. Looked down and looks like exhaust lug is bent out and out of shape Whats best was straighten this as i dont like heating alu

When the marker looks like it has disappeared, it is hot enough. Put a big pair of channel locks on it and bend it back straight. Try not to pound it back with a hammer. |

Like the idea of marker as i hate heatn alu as raeely works out well
I have hight heat resistant tape from furnace that shoul help

It really isn't that hard to take off the rear subframe. Since you crashed hard enough to bend the lug, you may as well see if you broke the subframe anywhere.

Looks like previous owner damage as the exhaust pretty beaten up. May still look take it off. Cut lug off and get welder in work Tig back on
