Clutch fluid change help.

Any Idea why I cannot push fluid from the slave bleeder up to the master? I am using a Magura kit and the syringe wont budge the fluid, Cap off and bleeder open....I tried it with the slave mounted and with it off...... Ideas? Thanks.

Adjust the lever to give it more play.

By cap off, I assume you mean the top of the brake master has been removed. Other than that it is a straight shot up so try pumping your lever a couple of times. It doesn't matter whether the clutch slave is mounted or not, better mounted for final bleed.

Lever freeplay

That was it !!! A slightly bent lever and handguard holding the lever in a bit will not allow fluid to pass....

If clutch slave is not mounted, DO NOT pump the clutch lever or you blow the slave cyl. Hope I got you in time!
