New inmate and new airhead owner!

Hello all! I just purchased this toaster airhead in Albuquerque today. Looking forward to the project. I am planning to go through everything and change to a solo seat lots of upgrades too I am sure.

Funny thing....it drove up on the trailer fine. Would not start to drive off the trailer. A sign of things to come?

It's like a new puppy or a child-- testing your limits. They do that at first...

Check The Three Humours of Infernal Combustion: Fire, Air or Fuel. Did you choke it? Over-choke it?

If it wouldn't even crank over: check switch (down and turn for lights!), check that clutch is pulled or tranny is in neutral.

If it cranks but won't start.... they need choke, but can be over-choked.... you'll learn "what she likes".....

Beeeyoooootiful bike.... congrats!

I love projects that take twice as much effort as should be needed. Should be an Airhead motto. (disston)

It's a /5-- light switch is properly on the headlight bucket. No clutch or neutral safety switches.

That is one clean Toaster! It could have been on display in a museum for the last XX years and has forgotten its supposed to also take you down the road
