Me and my partner rode to the Coomawarra. All the wineries were great. The accomodation was tops and cheap. One of the tasting room employees was a mate of Gone Again's. Great trip, great wine...small world.

I like the wine from this place. Despite the name, the stuff they make is reliably good....

Majella in Coonawarra

The wine maker at Majella rides a BMW800. Alway invite him for a camping trip and see what he packs into his metal panniers! if you ask Bruce very nicely he will give you a tour of the facility, which is impressive.

Lovely drop.

I like the sign at Langhorne Creek winery ( Potts family?).It is a good thing that they left some for us.
My other winery from that area that I have tried is Bremerton. Good.

Riders should check out the limestone coast winery area near Robe in S.A.

Moto Guzzi Club of Vic does an annual run to Chateau Tahbilk in the Nagambie region. Top drop and an MV Augusta collection to boot.
My best friend is the open road.

And dont forget the King Valley Region just up the road as well. Some very nice drops around there.

If any mexicans are heading through Yea, drop into the Rees Miller Estate winery.

Good stuff, but then I'm biased.

There's a place in Burnley Street in Richmond, Vic, across the road from where Pablos used to be. They sell wine at absolute bargain prices. Cheaper than anywhere I know. 3-4 of us buy a lot then split the total. Even cheaper.

Wine in glass bottles, yeah right, dream on you blokes. I've been drinking wine up here for many years and I've not come across it. I think you blokes might have a drinking problem.

I went on a winery tour around the Granite belt of southern Qld once, now I don't drink reds although I've tried many but I love a good dry white, anyway at one of the tastings, there was about 8 of us the winery spokesperson described this red as having a hint of peach and just a hint of cigar box wtf first off what does a cigar box taste like and why would you try it pretentious wank I thought, if you like it it's good. I know , Phillistine but one that stuck me was this one
