original BMW Service Worksheet for maintenance

Does any happen to have a link to a PDF or word doc of the original BMW service worksheet for maintenance intervals? I have a 73 R75, so I'm trying to find the service intervals. I have a Hayne's but I'm at work and can't remember for the life of me if it has a service worksheet in the back.

I do love it when the internets bring families together.

We lived in the same house for like 4 years, up until a year ago.
