Huh? Do you really mean one nomination per user? When I'm reading a thread and I see what I believe to be a front page worthy picture you're telling me I can't nominate it because I nominated a different picture some days earlier that hasn't been selected for the front page? I'd understand one picture per post or one picture that you shot. But only one picture, period?
