No doubt that crash bars help IMO. But, I was surprised that the tank didnt wear through on my bike. I did hit the ground pretty damned hard, hence the broken handle bars and trashed front sub-frame.

Got some parts, slapped em on, crossed the border again 10 days later, and rode another 45,000 miles until I got back to San Diego. I took the scenic route. These are tough bikes, no doubt about it.

Jas123, I cant see it I am not a member crashmaster 45,000 shit man thats a long ride ![]() Yogoi, I will put it tomorrow so I cant say Hi to all so Hi and thanks for your kind words. we are very good to say the least with what happened. Bad Progressive came out and checked it out and its over 5k I found a few new things and this is not gear just the Bike. Good I was not found at fault they say they will be talking to KTM. good luck with that.I called scuderia west today drop off is saturday. they will take the forks and shock to super plush and fix my sweet crashed bike. she starts right up and most of the stuff is not bad just small cracks. if I am going to let them fix it than lets fix it all. B
