Hi Dan,

I'd like to do that next week, assuming weather is more or less cooperative... Can't this week. Itching to get back out there!

There's the green dots to ride over there now, too

I'd love to do that! Let's get it on the books. 5/18 would work for me. Andy

I'm traveling from the 18th to the 27th. I'll bet Don or Kelvey would be up for a green dot ride that day though.

I rode Vantage last weekend. It is hot, dusty and a few rocks here and there. The 18th is a work weekend for me so....have fun!

Hi Dan, I have plans to go down to Oregon the week of the 20th. Or I would be up for a dot ride. It is fun riding in Tony's back yard.

I'll be gone then too. Maybe next week, say the 15th or 16th? I might be able to draft a couple of others.

Still looking. I'm hoping for Ardenvoir burgers in the next month or so.

Gregg needed you on the ride yesterday so he'd have somebody to talk to while he waited for the old farts. Well, somebody besides G_E_F.

Goose Cr Camp

Asked Dan if he felt like going to the dry side for some two stroke in the whoops ride. Met up at the 49er at 10:35 was shooting for 10:00[seems to be some kinda problem with I-5 in my neck of the woods]. Unloaded at Deep Cr. and headed for Chikamin to see how far we could go before hitting downed trees. We got about 2.5 miles from the Upper Chikamin [think thats where] and headed back. Did about 33 miles.

First rest stop and start the discussion on the two 125s we were riding. Lets see, don't need a s*#t load of HP over here, they were both lowered, dragging them under wind fall wasn't bad and pert easy to turnaround when we got to the blowdowns. I think the main thing we agreed on was they are easy to pick up. Also not as much work to load after a nice ride.

Looking down creek seen this Lorneable tree across the creek.

No fish eh.

1548, no dust means ya can't use the "I was just hanging back waiting for the dust to clear". Seems I forgot how to ride a 125 race bike, lugging not allowed.

Up 1534

Looking back down

This tree broke off about 25' up and just cleared the trail about ten feet from the last picture.

This is looking down the trail. Some one made it around the right side. Doing a side hill through roots didn't look like fun so we turned around and headed for 1524. We got stopped about 2.5 miles from the end.

As close as I seen to a flower[LB]. HH?

That was a fun ride Dan. Sunshine no dust a little mud and rode off a bridge=
a good day.

Lookin' good over there. Does it need a yarder, or just a saw?

On the lugging, mine improved a bit with a flywheel weight, but I should have the 12oz instead of 9. A slower throttle cam helped some too.

A saw a and some grunt. Mostly a brush pile with a log in it. The YZ has a 9 oz
on it now, been too much 351 and 520 four stroke riding lately. Dan and I switched bikes for a while. The husky has more pull off the bottom, don't think
it hit the pipe quite as hard. Bet the 144 kit would be the hot set up[Dan].
