Yes I'll be there, hoping to make up for crashing whilst leading the rally last year, havnt ridden much in the last year after the shoulder injury but it seems fine now.
I'll be with Torque racing and the Rally Raid Products team and Martin Wittering looking after the bike

#87 Tony Schattat (Schattat)

#97 Ned Suesse (Neduro)

#115 John Mitchinson (ktmmitch)

#116 Lukas Matzinger (LukasM)

#317 Jean-Luc Solans (Jean-Luc)

#504 Dave Packham (GSNorCal) - service team RMS/IYSK Wine

plus

#75 Charlie Rauseo (lastplace)

#25 Wesley Beane (Beaney)

From the photo's on google earth it looks like mini dunes, probably only 4-6ft high.
I've ridden in the dunes south of Douz - don't be fooled into thinking it will be an easy start Ollie! They might not be very high... but they are VERY soft!

You really have great looking service truck!
And bikes too offcourse.

Two trucks start their trip from Finland yesterday.
Trucks are loaded with 8 bikes, 2 cars and one quad at start and they will pick up 3 more bikes on the way to Tunis.

If i have understand right, they will meet Mattias in Germany?

Here is one pic of my quad (i hope it's ok to post pic of quad to bike forum... )
