John and I are off to get away from this Chicago winter. Spring fever must to be avoided at all costs. Plan is to rend two DR 650s from Wild Rider in San Jose for a week, see the sights, ride the roads.
While John has riden for most of his life and seen most of the world; he has done so mainly by way of tours. I have done extensive traveling in my student years, but am new to biking. A late bloomer, I put on 25K miles in 18 mo. traveling solo thru the US.
Will do my best to provide updates/photos via phone and will hope to provide a full report at the end of trip.
Looks like rain for most of the ride. Sandals instead of tennies for the hiking.
