Getting an early start on the little bike since I'm loaded heavy. Should be a great bonfire!

So, looks like I'm out for Friday night. I'm staying home to celebrate my daughter's birthday (a week early). She just decided tonight. So I'll be heading up Saturday morning.

I've got it on my Radar to be there Saturday Afternoon. If Life does not get in the way I'm going to ride the Heart of Texas Route over from Athens.

Really nice forecast. Enough wind to make unpaved CR's nice. Light enough to not be an issue on the street. Plenty of sun. Mild nights. 70-80 daytime highs. If that holds, we are in for a good weekend.

I'll bet someone from Austin has an even better setup for carrying a guitar, being the music capital of the universe and all...

Would love to be there but can't make it this time. I did just replace a sectional sofa that I would gladly donate to the bonfire ! ! !
