That's the one. In my mind I can hear the lid whump shut and feel that swivel latch. Ah, the memories.

Do an ebay search, pretty easy to find. The new ones not so good. Ice keeping is kinda week and I had the drain cap pop off in the back of the SUV and a gallon of water dumped into the carpet and well underneath.
I've got one of the new green ones, well newer, boght it in 07 I think. Alright but I wouldnt brag on it

Green was definitely the color.
We had a white gas tabletop stove and lantern as well. Put it all in a coleman pop up camper and saw the country. They used to make some good shit. |

And then it starts....Red cooler....lantern...water jug.....What else?
Hum better go look in my attic just to see what color them lanterns are.![]() The red lantern "Coleman 200" stays in the house for emergencies, complete with the manual/box/filter and free. Just had to clean the burnt tent material off it. Just bought fresh "Naphta" for it, pretty well used the whole gallon of old stuff to clean my bike.

The night John Lennon was shot I was managing the cooler department in Wichita, KS. Even now, when I see Coleman coolers, I have a bitter sense of nostalgia for the two years I spent in that hellhole factory.
On the day I left, the woman who makes the green lids for the #5274 coolers invited me over for the evening. 30 years later, those remain the best set of natural titties I've ever seen. She also showed me the bullet hole in the wall where she shot at her last boyfriend...

Yep, we had those too except for the camper, we used a van. The hhuuhhhhh of those lanterns is another sound I will always remember and watching dad pump that stove for what seemed like the perfect amount of times.
