Motocross national Muddy Creek Blountville TN june1

is anybody planning a ride to watch the best of the best go at it at muddy Creek? It should be awesome and barring horrendous weather I will be V-stroming my way on over to watch the racing action on saturday morning. More info can be found on the Muddy Creek website. I used to go to Unadilla and Broome-Tioga for the nationals every year and cant wait to hit the new venue, Muddy Creek

Yep, got a small, but growing group heading over. Don't know if it'll be a ride or a drive at this point.

Never been to Muddy Creek.

Is there a chasm where I can stand and scream "The other side sucks!"?

I'll be coming in from southeast Va. It's pretty much a straight shot west for me. It's pretty good riding once you get past Danville. I can't wait to see the track, from what I hear, it's a good layout. Aside from the racing, it should be a good weekend of riding.

I went to some of the GPs at Unadilla in the late 80s. That place was as wild as hell on Sunday, but not so much any more. Now, you can take the wife and kids along.

Still in. Maybe riding up from Brevard, NC. Maybe driving. Either way it'll be great.

when you say roads are these dirt roads or paved roads? I have ridden a lot of the paved roads in those areas, but was hoping to find a dirt road/trail option for the ride..

I've got an offer to ride some trails nearby the track so may just trailer up my 450 and ride up there a bit...

Those are paved. However, there are some great trails and forest roads nearby!
