Requirements to ride the US

Here's a probably "needless" foreign or local travel tip.

I scan on my PC, all my pertinent paperwork, copy of the title for my bike, insurance, copy of my driver's license, medical data, contact(s) information, etc., and e-mail it to MYSELF.

I also "carry" all that stuff as well. But in the event the bag or jacket it's all carried in gets stolen, or wet, or CONFISCATED, worst case scenario, if someone will allow me web access somewhere, anywhere, a hotel, etc., I can pull copies of all of it scanned in glorious colors and print it out as a just in case, hitting a web based Yahoo or Hotmail address.

Maybe just me. I hate getting in trouble

Guess I am just one of those fellers that always looks guilty of something...
