Here's one from about 73 or 74, Yamaha 250MX. Damn thing had way too much power for the frame and suspension to deal with.

AT1 125cc Yamaha, 1972 ish ish. Thats me waiting for the gate, back then a rubber hose, to drop. That track was Cloverfield MX at the Cloverfield Airport in Friendswood Texas.

Early 70's in Kinshasa .
I brought that bike back in France in 74 swapped the original fork to a Marzocchi to upgrade and
race local enduros and sold the original to a friend building a trials hack .

1971 on my brand new Suzuki TC90. dual range transmission.

My first bike. Brand new cost IIRC $425.00

Note the lace up boots. I was so proud of those. Also my hunting/fishing license pinned to my red plaid jacket.





after a year on that bike (18" wheels and 4"travl) I bought my first competiyion bike

'72 Puch 125 Learned to ride 1/4 mile wheelies on that baby and entered my first enduro. super trick Jofa mouth guard was standard equipment then.
