A Tiger roams Colorado

Took a ride to three of Colorado's parks today. About a 5 hour, 250 mile loop from the Denver area and back.

Woodland Park, CO - Pikes Peak in the distance 14,110'

South Park - Yes, home of the Famous South Park TV series

And no, I did not see Kenny?

And Copper Mountain - Snowboard Park on the Mountain.

Best part about this time of the year is the lack of traffic, tourists, and crowds!

Will try to add more of the Parks and Passes as I roam the State of Colorado.

It was that kind of day. I was out as well, but couldn't do the loop you did. I wanted to though. I thought about heading up that way, but too many Honey Doooooo's to do, so time was a factor. Better get it in while you can, Winter will start again by April 15!

I only saw one other bike in the mountains. However I did see no less than 3 state LEOs and fortunately not when I was airing it out! It was a bit chilly in Park County when the thin clouds rolled in and the temps dropped below 50.

I was going to PM you to see if you wanted to go but I figured if you were riding Penrose tomorrow that you wouldn't be able to do the longer loop today.

Maybe next time.....

That's a Heidenau K60. Improves my confidence level on gravel roads by about 200%! Metzler Tourance for the rear tire.
Great thing about the Tiger is the front and rear wheels sizes are the same as the BMW GS's.
