You mean "how to change exhaust cans"? Its prretty straightforward; take a look at the attachments in this thread:

No hitches, except for retuning your carb to compensate for the change in airflow between the two exhausts.

Vibration In handlebars, fill with Silicon?

Now I know this is coming Place in the KTM 640 Adv.
Mine is a 03 , but i have been told be a friend, that if you fill the handle bars with Silicon, this stops the problem.

Is this BS or is it true, is there another answer?

Fill 'em with Guinness and plug 'em with silicone...

I am thinking some of Loaded's bar-end weights would be the better choice.

I used the silly-cone solution, because I am a cheap bastid and did not want to fork over the cheese for Loaded's product. Can't say which way would be better, but I know my penny-tech solution worked well.
