Got my shirt, with we could move the testing of the new replicas from the 1-3rd to the 4-6th.

Thanks! I tend to ride fast as it seems when youre crusing you are less concentrated and more apt to crash. Funny you can hear me say bad gas at like 19 seconds. I filled up that morning after a rain storm and it had some water in it making the bike studder at the crack of the throttle. Had some fresh gas stashed up at a fire lookout that fixed everything.

Scott, I received my Freedom Rally Racing Dakar 2013 contest tee also. Much appreciated.

If you can, post up some pics of the RR testing in the Freedom thread.

I'll be in SD by Saturday. Doing a ride or two outside of TJ, then head back to Reno on Monday the 7th.

Secure your sensor wiring real well. Where the cable comes out of the sheathing particularly. I just had to order a replacement after I tried to fix it three times.

But don't zip tie it bare anywhere. Get some fuel line, take a short section and split it lengthwise, and pad your zip tie with that. Otherwise, the crimp of the zip tie can break the sensor wiring thru the insulation.

It's OK for them to flex, but it has to be a big radius. There should never be a sharp angle, and especially never a sharp angle that moves.

Somebody ought to make them like a steel braided brake line, or a piece of armored cable.

I have LOTS of wires and cables to route and secure.
I'm guessing you are all talking about the wheel sensor for the Trail Tech.

I was thinking the speedo sensor wire fir the ICO but same difference i suppose

Related to nothing, i am starting to get kinda itchy for this. Been doing nothing but trying to play catch up at work for a few weeks, but today is the last of that till i get back home so it becomes real, really soon
