Support Vehicle GPS Tracks?

Hey!

Anybody have a set of GPS tracks for my support truck driver?

If so, email me the Garmin file ASAP: mike@ddaconline.com

Thanks!
Mike

BTW, I see your tracking works, but could you please press the OK message once so I can verify that too.

And everyone else, please turn your tracking on for a while tomorrow so I can verify as many of you as possible before registration. most of you don't have the SPOT stuff setup correctly, and we are going to have to get into your SPOT accounts to fix that at registration. Getting a few of you checked out tomorrow could speed things up.
Hogwild. Sent you a pm with my shared page and just sent an ok.

I'm really looking forward to this. The weekend promises to be an awesome group of people, a race that has just the right level of formality, and a chance to spend time doing what I love to do.

For those who have never ridden a roadbook, it's a magical experience. Navigation requires mental focus and presence, and when combined with the physical demands of riding, I find it to be a totally consuming experience. Gone are the worries and concerns of day to day life, the world just consists of the next nav point and the right line to get there.

A huge thanks to If You See Kay wine, who has made this possible for C.Vestal and I. If you haven't already, "like" them on facebook, there will be some photos headed that way!

I'm racing the same machine I rode in the Tuareg this spring, a RallyMoto Kitted 2009 KTM 505XCF. Since the Tuareg, I've developed a fresh suspension setting using twin chamber forks, added an RNS CAP repeater, and flogged the crap out of it on a few rides. The 505 is, for me, an ideal platform for a rallybike- the semi-close ratio transmission and rowdy motor are a little much as a trailbike, but in their element in a rally setting.

As always, my plan is to ride the speed of fun. I have no idea what to expect from the course, I really hope it's a technical beast, the slower and rougher it is, the better. Time will tell!

An impressive list of participants indeed
but also probably the coolest gathering of rally prepped bikes in North America in a while.
I hope someone brought a good camera along as there will be some pretty cool bike porn to record and share.

good luck and may massive fun be had by all you lucky FFs
