Last time I looked they are all still up in the regional forum. I think, don't quote me, that the GPS files are available in Making Tracks too.

Mrs Voltsmith and I are trying to figure out if we have time to join this year enroute to The Island. Sure hope so because work got in the way last year & we already have vacation time booked this year.

hmmmmm..................................... ........ is there going to be an option for extra insurance coverage - I am pretty sure my currently policy doesn't cover most of the liabilities shown on that promo- video.

Here's the first ride report. It's taken me longer to upload it to YouTube than to make it.

OceanMtnSea, please show this video to your insurance adjuster.

Mike

Do you know yet what percentage gravel/paved, or max distance between gas stations?

I am trying to figure out which bike to ride.......

Thanks

I haven't figured out the exact route yet so I can't tell the percentage of gravel to pavement. (Though I would love to say 100% gravel.)

Also I haven't done the exact distance between gas stations, but I would like to aim for around 100km. I do realize that not every bike has the range of my Strom. So far the roads I've travelled have been very easy. The worst I've seen so far is loose gravel and slick mud.

Mike
