What is this?

I thought Acura was the American division of Honda that sold higher end cars that in other countries were just Hondas.

Then I saw this in France:

It's a Honda integra. Says right on it.

We used to have integra cars here when they made them but they don't make them any more and have reused the name.

The Integra car was sold here until 2006, under the Acura name. It is still a favorite of ricers. I don't get that bike. I would rather have the CTX700, which looks like a motorcycle. One of my main reasons for liking scooters is because they are stepthroughs, which makes them look like scooters, and easy to get on and off of. If this thing has a CVT, I would much prefer the DCT on the CTX. CVTs have proven somewhat inefficient and unreliable. They put them on really cheap cars because they cost so much less to make than a true hydraulic automatic transmission.

The Integra has the DCT as standard rather than as an option like the other bikes that use that frame. Personally I've never seen the appeal of the Integra since it loses the step through and storage that most of us associate with a scooter. It's an automatic motorcycle with a fairing that probably protects from the wind pretty well, but looks pretty bad IMO. If I could afford one of the bikes on that frame and wanted DCT, I'd pick the nc700x with the big trunk where a gas tank usually goes, or the nc700n that looks awesome and still has the trunk.
