Spy photo??

Finally finished putting the graphics kit on. A bit rushed so not perfect in my usual way, but it'll have to do. Short post too because I'm missing Topo and running a bit behind.
So here it is, ready for scrutineering:

Catch ya again soon.

I will never use one of these, but I can appreciate the workmanship and quality.

Often the things that look the simplest have taken the most time to work out.

Jaybo, I can tell you rushed the application of the sticker kit Pull it off and do it again. Seriously, the bike looks great!

I do appreciate the comments guys
Being really excited that this little thing crossed over the other side of the world and the first person using it has positive comments and all in all is happy with the features/performance.... There will be changes but we will get there

Back on track...
Looking good John, I like how the handguards match the rear sprocket and the stand

It's looking really really freaking sweet with the stickers The detail on the front fairing that you left uncovered the Carbon Fiber makes the front of the bike look even better !

Now... off for the scrutineering tomorrow !!

I'm happy with 32nd for the prologue. It was a tight little circuit and I didn't push at all. Nice to be "back in the office". I feel so at home on this bike. I can't wait for tomorrow and the true open "rally roads" that come with it.
The first stage tomorrow is another short stage at around 25kms, including a couple of beach sections. I don't expect much from that. The second stage looks good for me with lots of fast rally roads, The third stage starts pretty tight and rough, with a section of deep soft river bed sand, but then opens up for a good 100 or so km's. I will have a smile on my dial most of tomrrow I'm sure.

Take a very close look at the bottom of my fork legs and see how I was a bit lucky today. I need my Service Crew here ... Topo!
Ciao

The bike is looking absolutely awesome!
I reckon those orange handguards fit in well now with the orange jacket and boots.

Go go go!

Not good news from Jaybo on FB.

I crash tested the Aurora Mark1 road book for you Dimitris Lassithiotakis. It survived perfect. Not so much my ankle and right hand. I'm in the medical tent with ice on both waiting for the Orthopaedic Dr to come in from out on stage. Almost certain I have a fracture in both. The Dr will get X-rays done and then we'll discuss the options - strapping and ice every day until finished, then get them fixed or pull out if the fractures are such that they need to be fixed immediately.

A great shame as I really enjoyed SS2, despite losing my rear brake lever 40kma in. The first 40kms of SS3 was great, and then I cruised through the trials section. Then I has some navigation issues and missed some turns, losing some time.

Hang in there bro.

Not good...

From John's FB

''Lower leg in plaster - fractured something or other. No weight bearing so crutches too. Fractured 3rd Metacarpal of right hand. No ride for me''

I did not think you would go to this extent to test the equipment Get well really really soon bro !
