KTM 620 Lc4 adventure fuel line

My KTM Lc4 620 Adventure 1997 Using 28 liter tank. Just getting it from previous owner. I think existing fuel line connection are wrong. Im trying to correct it.

This tank has 3 unit petcock:-

1) 1st at LH (ON/OFF/RES) lowest point with 2 outlet.
2) 2nd at RH (ON/OF) Thumb type with one oulet.
3) 3rd at RH (ON/OFF/RES) Highest fuel level just below the RH rider leg.

I beleive that both 1st (LH) and 2nd (RH) petcock are connecting together via hose lay in front of the engine.pls correct if im wrong.

The problem is how the 3rd petcock is connected? I think this is the last reserve fuel that can be utilised...if we connect correctly to the fuel pump.

This is how the fuel lines are connected on a stock bike.

Right hand......1/4 line to Left hand.....these are the thumb screw taps......fuel line goes behind the engine.

Left hand(on/off/reserve) goes to the fuel pump, 5/16 hose.

Cheers

More.........

1st at lower left goes to pump
2nd and 3rd are connected.

Hope that helps.

Best way to do it is..........remove the on/off/reserve tap.........cap it off and tee in the other 2 taps to the pump........that way there is very little chance of ripping off the on/off/reserve tap.

Cheers
