I will make you a noise cancelling helmet, i inserted some active noise cancelling earbuds in my old helmet. Go ahead and send me one billion dollars, paypal is fine but please use the gift option so it does not take out the fees.

You said any price so I printed out your post and sent it to my lawyer. I would like to have the money by tonight so please send it right away.

yea - nearly impossible to cancel noise that isnt constant. Airplane engines easy - wind noise (which really isnt noise) nearly impossible

You must not have any experience with active noise cancelling headphones from the past 10 years. Any active noise cancelling earbuds or headphones that work will easily cancel wind noise. I have a set that I paid $50 for and you can turn them on and off while riding and clearly hear the wind noise significantly reduced. I do not wear then riding because I have a sena headset and who wants wires hanging down flopping around from their helmet. I use foam earplugs and they work great. I have used them on airplanes many times and it makes a huge difference and they make a huge difference in a car with or without the windows rolled down or in a noisy room such as the mall or a park, etc.

I actually do not have much experience with them but I understand the principal. All it is, is a microphone and a speaker with the phase flipped which theoretically will cancel out some of the noise. With constant sound like while sitting on an airplane it is very effective.
It if works, I would be interested in a wind noise cancelling helmet for sure because I do a lot of highway miles....

This is an active electronic type, typical of aircraft helmet noise reduction.

Do realize that the quiet muff is just an over the ear damper, just like ear plugs are. The electronic type above is far more selective.

Can we convince Bose to partner with Shoei and Sena to make something? A Bose Active Noise Canceling Neotec with an integrated Sena 20S bluetooth module would be awesome...
