Great video.

I just don't understand the body designers standing around and discussing 6mm of difference in a panel that really is just fluff. Casting shadows and the like. Does nothing for me. Remove that panel and make the body more simple. Wouldn't it be easier to just go back in time and make a fuel tank that was attractive and not cover it in plastic foo foo body work?

I like the bike, love the bike, love BMW's. But you gotta think the designers could ALL get together and make the machine simple and attractive and easier to work on.

Take some cues from RACING and go that way, instead of designers with ideas about shadow catching and such. Form should follow function...I can't see the shadow that panel casts when I'm on the bike...I can't see the shadow it casts when I have to take it off to access something.

Its good to know that the engineers think about how to get a case of beer on the bike.
