Aussie Noob GPS help

Hi All
I have searched and read a heap of thread but can't find the info I am after. I was hoping a GPS techie guru out there could help me find a GPS with the following features:
1. Waterproof and rugged
2. Handheld- small size as on a small non-fairing/screened bike
3. Turn by turn nav (audio not needed) and topo maps for Australia
4. MP3 player
5. Audio jack out (not Bluetooth)
6. Touchscreen

Did find the Magella Triton but not sure of comparability with Australian maps etc and I think they are an older model.

Please don't flame me as I have searched and read plenty but still a bit bewildered by some of the jargon as I haven't owned a GPS before.

Thansks for any suggestions offered.

Cheers

Dollars would be up to $500 if it ticked all the boxes. Saying that I somehow manage to afford most prices if I decide I really must have the next toy.
