Laugh *NEW* *NEW* *NEW* 2013 BMW R1200GS Liquid Cooled Crashbars

Hi All

We here at rockfox have been working around the clock to design new crashbars for the Liquid cooled 1200.

The cylinder head crashbars are extremely strong, protecting the most valuable part of your Motorbike. Where the upper bars protect the plastics as well as the radiators.

These bars can be used in one of two configurations, either the head protectors on their own, or the upper bars can be added.

The can be powder coated black, silver or Satin electro-chrome plated.

Tell us what you think of them.

I cant seem to get the photos uploaded.

Im on the fence about upper crash bars on the water head. They look cool on the older models but the newer bike has the radiator shrouds. All the upper guards leave ive seen dont follow the front of the shroud and it looks like it doesnt belong. I dont know if there is a way to fix that though?

I should mention this isnt bashing your product. They appear nice. Im just talking generally about the looks of all brands of upper bars which are similar.

That is something we did look at, but in all honesty you can make the pipe follow the shroud but that would make it excessively complicated and structurally weak. It is a pity because one would like the bars to follow the lines as neatly as possible.

As I say it is possible but unfortunately not worth it in the end
