The mirrors are the same right and left. Just turn the mirror part to face rearward.

Maybe the new ones are? On my 2005.5, the right hand mirror has threads going the opposite direction.

My 04 and SE both have the same left and right. I just checked the parts books and 04 thru 10 (didn't check further) show the same mirrors left and right.

Weird. Thanks for checking. I just went out to the grage and confirmed my right hand mirror is reverse threaded. Anyway, I guess I should clarify: looking for a standard threaded KTM mirror. Thanks!

Did you just loosen the locknut which is left hand thread? The threads that thread into the mount/brake master are right hand.

If yours is different,,, it's the first I've heard or seen.

I`m struggling to work out what mirrors to use with my soon to get HDB guards. I can see that the small ones that come with HDB pivot a bit, but I would like to know if in a position where they dont make the bar width any wider, (lane spliting) could I still see behind?
Can anyone with them try it out for me? I`m about 172 cm tall.

If they dont work for me I may have to get the DoubleTake`s but as a previous poster says, the ram`s are not the best looking thing out there. Plus when the DT`s are folded in, do they block the veiw of the speedo?

Cheers.

The mirrors for the HDB only work for me when sitting down.
