Will there be any water on today's route? Just a touch. Nothing you can't handle. ;)

Come on down. The water's fine.

I'm not sure when you're heading that way, but if you want company I'd be willing to meet up.

I don't mind the company at all. Planning on trying to leave the DFW area around 10ish Friday. Might have a guy from Waxahachie tag along from TWT. I should have the GPS mounted to the XR by then. We can work out the specifics in the coming weeks. I'll take the back roads, I hate the freeway.

Sounds great. I'll be taking off work on that Friday and can head out whenever. We're on the same page about taking the back roads, as I'm not a fan of the interstate either.

Humm

I slept through the Polaris extreme pig hunt last time, but may need to come back to provide moral support and stay up late at this sequel. My GS likes snow, but gets skeered when it sees deep water though. You guys rock in that deep stuff. But of course some of your GSA's look like shit for all the fun you've had. You know who I'm talking about.

Hope to see ya'll on the weekend.

Ed

I couldn't even begin to imagine. You sure you have the right group of ADVers? Maybe you're thinking of your buddies in CO.

Me neither. I think he's stoned. Them Colorado dudes are tough on their bikes. Packs of roving hooligans or so I hear.

In other news , still no feckin' rear tire so I may be bringing this. Hide the children.

Hide the kids?

Heck, I'd say give the kids that got high and TP'd the exhaust pipe a roll of duct tape, and tell em to go at it again to keep all that power in check. They seem like good kids, and know which bikes need that something extra.

Nah, the CO guys never get em dirty for more than about 4 hours before heading to a carwash.
