Ralle Moto RM2 Steering Damper Group Buy

Hi all,

Update 04/23/13: The Group Buy is tout fini.

I’ve been looking for a Ralle Moto RM2 steering damper for my BMW and was having a hard time finding a North American dealer. I contact the Australian dealer and after a short discussion I’ve organized a group buy for North American riders of non-KTM bikes.

If you’re interested, please PM me directly for details. The Ralle Moto owner requested I not advertise the price on the forum, so please PM me for pricing. It’s a pretty significant discount to the regular price and includes shipping to North America, so if you’ve been noodling on getting a steering damper, now’s the time to act.

I will keep the group buy open for a few weeks and then open up ordering with Ralle Moto.

If you are unfamiliar with Ralle Moto and their products, I encourage you to check out the Ralle Moto website. To see an example if the passion they have in designing quality products, view this link on ADVrider where they take you through the process of developing a lower triple clamp for an R1200GS.

The units are the same for either the GS or the GSA, they mount on the upper triple tree and to the frame itself below the handlebars. I needed to add ROX risers on my 1150 GSA to accomodate them. They are pricey, but if you do serious off roading, they are worth their price. You can change them on the go and they are precision machined.

Is this for the steering dampner only or is the lower triple clamp part of the buy?

The triple clamp is not part of the group buy. However, I'm interested in one and you're #2, so I might propose to do the same for the triple clamp.

It will fit the GSA, I'm hoping this works out so I can get one for mine also.

I headed out to the desert yesterday tired of the gray skies on the coast, it was sunny and 89 degrees.
I was going to go up a four mile sand wash, but decided to wait until I get the steering damper.

How many do we need to get the group price?
