thanks. you missed a good one, but they're all good. temps were very comfortable, no humidity, turn out looked very good, post race traffic moved very well for some reason. no matter how many times you see skyshot you just can't get enough. first lap 450's moto one when RV, RD, and JS7 went by with their all business this is real semi whips, it just never gets old. it was funny watching them blue flag the lappers on skyshot they must be like "fuck him I'm nailing this" and they do. even the lappers can bust it big on skyshot.

just awesome racing it keeps getting better. amateurs got rained on Friday and made a real mess of U2. One more to go, GNCC and I'll have my 2013 Unadilla Grand Slam with the VMX, Pro Quads, Pro Bike, and GNCC, and the T shirts to prove it.

That's neat, there needs to be more orange bikes out there if they are going to improve the breed. They dont lack for power as is.

I decided that if anything dramatic was going to happen on the first lap in the new section that I would be there to see it. I envisioned the bowl turn with traffic passing through 12 wide but it didn't happen. kicking myself in the ass for that, I only saw one start from the first turn (both LCQ's aside I saw those)(the TV camera men did not film the LCQ's, sad, why not?), the first 250 moto. anyone have the Cliff Notes on the big crash in the first tuen for the 2nd 450 moto? I'm sure there must be video somewhere. Did JS7 make it no further than turn 1?

thanks! were you at the National Saturday? they sure look like they had a good turn out for U2. I heard the rule is one case of beer per person for the weekend. that's pretty liberal but I hear they are crazy about glass. NO glass. they were making people empty out salsa into plastic bags, stuff like that. NO glass. I mean I guess I get it but seems a bit much.

I think that section is more getting about the drive at the bottom, its all wheelspin if you dont get it going quick out of the ruts.
The 250's seemed to get going quicker and catch more air at the top many times.

Tomac is the magician at the moment.

The first turn crash was gnarly with Canard doing full cartwheels through the outside of the first turn. Stewart was not involved in this crash and actually made it to turn 2 where he apparently went down on his own.

Speaking of Canard... even though I'm not overly religious, I admire Canard for thanking the man above every time he gets on the podium. Only problem is... he aint listening... never seen somebody crash as hard as Canard does...that guy's had some gnarly crashes over the last few seasons.

He's still healthy enough to make a pro podium. Others haven't been so lucky.
