Even though Flug's an easy target for EB jabs that I have trouble resisting , I do believe there is an edge having Eldon as a trainer. I'm not really a 'poto fan but I do recognize that he is either at the top or near the top of the raw talent pool.

Before he signed on EB he did run some impressive races no doubt. However, having watched him since his early 250 days he has never been as consistently fast every race for the whole race as he is now. He doesn't have the hard crashes he used to have. He's also never had as much high quality competition as he now has. He needed something to enable him to stay on the racer's edge consistently, that something was a physical training program, not riding lessons. He gets driven to maintain his physical conditioning by EB. Could he get that some other way, on his own, maybe, but his choice was to hire EB. I'm confident RV knows more about what he's doing than any of us here know.

We do know that maybe the most naturally talented MX racer ever thought he was too good to listen to Eldon, and we know how that worked out.

If they were still racing I wouldn't be

I'm through, now back to letting 'flug post more awesome pics

He had to do those things to be accepted into Master Aldon's program.

That is proof right there that Alden is the man.

But I'm sure Flug has a way to spin it.

clearer now?
No not really,

When you say "working" do you mean physical exertion?
If so I think he can hang with just about anyone when it comes to exercise.

The riders he works with past an present aren't dumb, he must have something to offer or else nobody would hire him.

Or is it a big conspiracy? He's got everyone snowed I guess.
