Heading to Albuquerque

I'm heading to Albuquerque on April 16th to pick up a 1994 R100PD and looking for a place to crash for the night. Any advise?

Trip Report

I flew into Albuquerque last week to pick up the R100PD. Cordless was kind enough to offer his house and workshop so I took him up on it. The folks at Sandia BMW were very nice and helpful. I hung out for an extra day to let a bad wind storm pass in Southern New Mexico.

I received a couple of PM's regarding this bike with concerns that it ran rough.... This bike is both cosmetically and mechanically in great shape. I had the dealer replace the 7 year old BMW battery as I figured it would die on me somewhere outside of Death Valley. Here are some pictures of the trip.

Nice collection at Sandia BMW

Hatch, NM. The bike has a lot of nice upgrades.

Met one of the locals in Deming, NM.

Spent the day at ZMW in Tucson with Lowell Neff of Neff Design( sidecar builder extraordinare) and Frank Z the owner of the shop.

My last day I drove through Death Valley. 671 miles and home by sundown.

Thank you Cordless, Chobro and Phil.
