I might be able to do Saturday night as well. As long as my new helmet comes in by then...

Can't do it this Saturday...already had plans. More lead time and I could have rearranged things to accommodate. Let's not give up on the idea!

Sounds good...this is only the first of many! I had to miss the BMW meeting this month so I'm jonesing for some bike talk.

How about Aubrey's at the Strawberry Plains exit?

See I thought if I made it to this you could tell me what I missed at ROK.

Knoxville riders? We joined about 6 months ago but have missed the last several meetings due to work schedules

We are currently in NY a 960 mile trek up the backroads of VA and PA, heading back on Sunday

Sounds like a great trip! I was just in eastern PA last month. So much fun riding up that way.

Aubrey's is kinda like Cracker Barrel...if you like one, you'll like all of them. The food is on par or better than Ruby Tuesday's...IMO.

Looks like I'm gonna have to work Saturday, which means I won't able to make it to Knoxville. Now if anyone wanted to meet up in the tri-cities area I could probably make it happen.

Is the meet and eat this Saturday at the Aubrey's in Strawberry Plains still going to happen?

I plan to be there. If I'm alone I'll still eat well. If others show up, all the better!

MC, It looks more favorable for me to make it, as my plans have been altered to take up the morning instead of the evening...I think and hope.

Awesome I plan on being there if my bike doesn't break down on me in North Carolina on Saturday.

With a turnout of four, the East TN Eat and Greet has begun. Let's say for now the 3rd Sat of the month at 6-ish...somewhere.

I would like to toss in some extras now and then to try and catch those who work weekends or are otherwise completely unable to meet Saturdays. I think it's also good to move the location around the area to find new places and make it as accessible as possible for folks. The time is fairly flexible in my mind as well. Some places we may have to adjust for operating hours and when winter comes we may want to move to lunch or breakfast to avoid the dark. We'll figure it out as we go.

If folks like this, I'll update the first post with the info each month.
