zūmo 350LM on a f650gs

Has anyone used one of these on a F650 in the USA? Would use it more in my truck for business but would be nice on the bike. I don't do many trails but dirt roads and gravel roads. Any advise appreciated.

What is it you're tying to find out? I use one on two different 1200GS's and it works fine.

According to Garmins additional specifications (Power supplied to device power cable should be capable of up 12 V (typical) and up to 1 A. zūmo device power consumption is 5 V; 2 A) I wanted to see if anyone with a f650 was happy with their unit and it was compatible with their electrical system. Hate to dish out $700.00 to drain my battery.

Your charging system puts out plenty of power to run a GPS. Don't worry about that at all. There is no compatibility issue of any kind.

There is a rebate available on it right now for $100. Here: http://garmin.blogs.com/files/zumo-350lm-100-rebate.pdf

CNNA has been pretty good at showing forest and other small roads in my area. Hopefully, it will also be good in yours.
