Play in Throttle

My throttle has a lot of free-play in it. Is there a way to get rid of it?

There should be 2 adjusters in line of the throttle cables an 8 and 10mm spanner is needed to release the lock nut then just turn the adjuster out to take the slack up

Mine too - it drives me nuts. I had the same amount of play n my RC8R and it drove me dually nuts. I've adjusted mine as per the suggestion above but I would caution you to try to leave 3-5mm of play - according to my KTM dealer tech, the play is necessary to avoid the throttles misalign ing to each other somehow...not sure how much I believe that but it's still not a good idea to not have any slack / play.

You need to leave some, but only a minimal amount is enough. Play in the throttle is well annoying, just tighten it up.
If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.
