Damn, glad you're ok! Sucks about the ticket.

Clarify something, you were waiting to pull out, and got tagged? Or pulled out and got tagged by a vehicle on the roadway you were pulling out onto?

I'm having a hard time understanding why you got a ticket.

It said you pulled out of your wife's place. Did you pull out in front of them?

That bent swingarm is an impressive picture. Nice. Glad to hear you aren't severely injured.

Also, if you decide to sell some accessories off it, I'd be interested in the pipes.

You got lucky!

If you want to make use of your time and make some money, part out your bike. When they total out your bike, you should be able to buy it back from the insurance company for about 10% of the retail amount they wrote it off at.

eg. $~7000-deductible=~6500 -10% = 5850 + partout

Then you can part it out and make few grand while helping out some inmates here
