Question about Vegas/Utah area in late march

Looking at storing my ktm 1190 in Vegas for a possible mid/late march trip. Wife and I want to hit Hoover dam, west rim of GC, Zion, and any other possible parks in the area.

Question is, which parks are clearly out of the question in March? I know the north rim is out, and Bryce is pretty high up, but are any others off the list?

Understand that weather is a crap shoot, but we do have heated gear and seats .

Good roads are always welcome, but this more about seeing the area. Went to Moab last year and absolutely loved it. Wife also mentioned a few similar places in Arizona. Will probably also bit Death Valley on the way to central California (next storage place)

Thanks for any advice.

We found the tour of the internals of Hoover Dam interesting. Consider taking an hour out and doing it.

Some of the AZBDR might be doable.

Going a little S before going across would give you Red Rock Canyon if interested.

Some of the higher mountain areas will still have some snow, such as Brianhead, UT. You should be able to ride most of what you've listed, but paying attention to the weather and elevation is very important.

Take the drive on the west side of Lake Meade to Valley of Fire, then head out for Bryce and Zion.
