New speakers in Scala?????

I like my Scala rider, but the speakers blow. Is it possible to splice new speakers or Bose NC earbuds to the system? Is there a better way I'm not aware of?

I only use the scala for coms. I use Tork Xpro helmet speakers plugged into a boostaroo revolution for anything else. My helmet does have quad speakers now.

I do this because the Scala speakers suck, the scala doesn't amp high enough to overcome my earplugs, and the Tork sound better. I have a cord now, but sometimes you have to give something up.

Speaker replacement is going to be tricky. The wires are going to be very small, high strand, and tough to solder for the average person. It can be done, but the weakspot is going to be the amp in the Scala.
