Dang it Taco, what are you doing in this thread? I feel like I'm being stalked by you.

Sure, in my day I could ride pretty fast but that was after the stream powered bike era.

Now I'm just a fat old grandpa that loves to ride dirt bikes.

Whoa! A stream-powered bike? The jets in the carb must have been huge to let the walleye pass through!

I'm In!

Sieg,

Count me in, BUT, I can't do overnights. Everything in the pics is in my riding skillset, should be fun. I can meet up with the group at the start in Ste. Gen. to do the ride on Saturday. What would be a good point to head for home after a good day's D/S ride? Bixby?

Darren

*It's a KLR, I'll catch up*

8AM at St Gen put us in Bixby at 5PM and we didn't waist any time, YRMV, but it's 200+ to Bixby. I actually have a one day connector track that Linda and I used last fall. It connects the first half of day one to the last half of day two via gravel. (I think of everything don't I)

+1 on that. Before going on this ride the only guy I had rode with was Sieg.Showing up and seeing that I was going to ride with a 70,66,62,and a 58 year old and me being 53 I had my reservations.Let me tell ya,these boys don't mess around. They ride hard all day! They all even gave me a few pointers.I would ride with these old farts anytime.

You got it I'm 53 this summer too, and have ridden dual sport and offroad dirt bikes with all these guys. Ain't never been held up by any of em, if fact it is more likely that I held them up. And the pointers are always appreciated Old fart dirt bikers rock! Don't knock em, if you're lucky you will join em someday . . . no inmate Walmart greeters . . . . just doin' what we do
