29 peeps and counting, any interest in camping, if so where???? I am in, and gonna camp all nights, at a park, at a parking lot, or hotel balcony...I need to check the webbernets on the area as I have never been to scope out possibilities on the cheapside, I will be going down Friday September 27th, to Ste.Gen..

I scoped out camping for Friday night and edited post #1 with that info. Also for Saturday night, besides MTRA's club grounds (@$5 a head) there is Holiday Lake north of Viburnum.

Also I talked to Kelly @ Pucky Huddle Sunday and she will no longer have gas, so........ the longest stretch between gas is now 125 miles. I've done it on my WR250R and a 500XC and a XT250 will make it, so most "street legal" bikes should make it. Be sure to top off Sunday morning!

Same here, camping is my plan for the weekend, most likely at Magnolia Hollow Conservation Area. We can roll there together friday night (I'm coming from Urbana, IL after work so I'll be there in the evening more likely.)

For those interested they have a shooting range at Magnolia Hollow Conservation Area, not much else. Best camping site is after the range on the right, it has some fire rings and tables. Great view of Illinois from the bluff.

Well it will be hard to find the route without one, but there will be lots of people that have them and will let you ride with them. Or just follow the pack. I've met some nice people at the SBR this way. So don't let it stop you from coming. It's hard enough for me to do a GPS track let alone a map or roll chart.

Sounds great. I should have one by the time the event rolls around and I hope to stick with a few people regardless because I might need a hand picking up the bike after a long day's ride hahah
