ZUMO 665 map upgrade

I attempted to upgrade the maps in the process it stopped and now the screen says "System Software Missing "
I tried to go back and reconnect and it says it cant find the device, it was tried on 2 computers . I can see where something stopped the download about half way it just cant finish due to not finding the device.

Can the Zumo use the Express feature or is that just for the Nuvi series ?

Thanks
Jon

Have you tried logging into "my Garmin" and seeing if that will restore your unit software? https://my.garmin.com/mygarmin/dashb...?in=true&ni=ff

OK, I just have to ask this time. Why did this end up in G Spot? Seems like some times when a thread gets moved, it doesn't belong where it ends up.
