I rode through Carson and Ebbetts today. Mucho fun.
Splendid views in sierra and low temps crossing the central valley.
The 4 is still dump and muddy in some parts between Silver creek and the pass.

Thumbs down Sonora Pass

Is currently closed because of expected snow. They don't want anyone caught in the storm that's supposed to be rolling in. Don't know when they are going to open it again.

108 is open again, and the weather this weekend looks good.

Saturday will be crowded in downtown Sonora, though, due to the Motherlode Roundup parade and events.
