I noticed this place was for sale when I drove by a few days ago. Nice shop but the location ain't nothing to brag about.

If he kept the OE parts i would part out the aftermarket stuff on fleabay and sell the bike as stock....or maybe just start the damn thing up and ride

He has considered the former (multiple times) and I strongly suggested the latter.

His WR500 has a total of 8 hours on it. It's more than 10 years old.

I think we need to kidnap him and secret him away to the ADV Intervention Center.

it is a very cool bike, as unused/clean as they come.
he could ask about 2/3 of what he is now and might get some hits
